Who is responsible
I operate this website from the Netherlands. You can send privacy questions or requests tohello@suaterken.dev.
Contact messages
The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. This information is used only to understand and respond to your voluntary enquiry. It is delivered to a private mailbox and is not stored in a website database.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps you request before entering a contract.
Messages are deleted within 90 days after a conversation closes, unless continued retention is needed to enter or perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or resolve a dispute.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery, hosting, bot protection through Turnstile, aggregate Web Analytics, Email Routing, and the Worker email binding used to deliver contact messages to a verified private mailbox. These services process the limited data required to protect and operate the site. The site does not use advertising pixels, session replay, or cross-site behavioral tracking.
Analytics and preferences
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate page and performance information without setting analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser and is not sent to me.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal data associated with your enquiry. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes
I will update this notice if the site’s providers or data practices materially change. I do not sell personal information or operate a newsletter or marketing list through this site.
